Refund Policy

• Free Trial Period: all new users receive 3 free consultations per day during their first 7 days, no credit card required. Nothing is charged during this period.
• Refund within the first 10 days: if you’re not satisfied with the subscription service, you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of your first payment. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 15 business days, to the original payment method.

Refund Exceptions

• Consultations already escalated to and handled by an attorney.
• Guidance on documents or templates that have been generated and downloaded.
• Extensive use of the service (more than 20 consultations within the period).
• Subscriptions canceled after the 10-day window.

Refund Request Process

• Email soporte@laaw.io with your registered email address and the reason for your request.
• Our team reviews the request within a maximum of 48 hours.
• If approved, you’ll be notified and the refund will be processed.

Corporate (B2B / Enterprise) Contracts

Refund terms may vary according to the specific contract signed. A 30-day trial period and partial refunds based on usage are generally offered.
