- What we do NOT offer: direct legal representation, personalized legal advice with binding effect, or a substitute for an attorney.

All AI-generated responses are informational and general in nature. They do not constitute formal legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Personalized legal advice, representation, or the drafting of legally binding documents requires escalation to a licensed attorney.
3. Limitation of Liability
Laaw.io is not liable for:
- Decisions made by the user based on AI-generated responses.
- Outcomes of judicial or administrative proceedings, or negotiations.
- Indirect or consequential damages, or lost profits.
- Errors in AI-generated information (always subject to the applicable disclaimer).
Laaw.io’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 6 months.
4. Acceptable Use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to extract or repurpose the AI model.
- Sharing your account with third parties.
- Submitting mass queries that overload the system.
- Using offensive or abusive language in the chat.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
6. Account or Subscription Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
- Laaw.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, abusive use, or non-payment.
- Following termination, we retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
